How this works
In 2018, we established the Ngā Pōtiki Shared Equity programme and assisted 10 Ngā Pōtiki whānau into homeownership. Land price increases have made this model unaffordable and we have discontinued this offering.
We partnered with Westpac bank to deliver the Ngā Pōtiki Shared Equity Home Ownership programme. The programme is designed to assist whānau into home ownership who otherwise without our help would not be able to own a home.
