Affordable housing is rental housing suitable for working whānau. The homes are larger 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes in the Manawa subdivision in Pāpāmoa. We set our rents at 80% of the average market rent for the same type of home in Pāpāmoa. This is our commitment to affordability and reflects the financial reality of many of our Ngā Pōtiki members.
